Advanced Quality Hazmat Industries

AQHI Inc. was established in 1992 and incorporated in California in 1995. The firm provides environmental waste remediation services in homes and commercial buildings throughout Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. They have successfully completed over 50,000 projects, removing varied contaminants, including Asbestos, Mold, Lead, and Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs).

Their philosophy is simple: evaluate each project from a safety standpoint first, then find a cost-effective solution that will minimize disturbance and eliminate all risks.

Correcting Wide Spread Liabilities

The 1980’s were the decade of environmental awareness. In the 21st century, legal, financial and medical implications of environmental hazards have continued to shape the global economy. Environmental hazard risks must now be considered in all businesses associated with real property. AQHI, Inc. regularly works with:

  • Real Estate Professionals
  • General Building and Specialty Contractors
  • Mortgage Lending Institutions
  • Insurance Companies
  • Fire and Restoration Specialists

Experience, prompt service, and competitive pricing place AQHI, Inc. at the forefront of solutions in all settings.

Asbestos Certified Contractor

When it comes to projects involving such dangerous materials as asbestos, it is extremely important to work with a contractor that holds all the necessary certifications and will perform remediation work according to best industry practices. AQHI, Inc. meets this standard as an asbestos certified contractor.

Being an asbestos certified contractor means that AQHI, Inc. is licensed to provide all the necessary services involved in an asbestos removal project, including transport of asbestos-contaminated waste to a licensed disposal facility. Many other contractors do not have hazmat transport licenses and are therefore unable to include this final step in their bids.

In addition to ensuring thorough and complete asbestos removal and cleanup, working with a reliable asbestos certified contractor like AQHI, Inc. has the additional benefit of making it easy for commercial property owners to secure any necessary reoccupancy permits from state agencies.

Locations

Homeowners and businesses understandably prefer to place their trust in local firms – especially when hazardous materials are involved. In order to rapidly react to any emergency in Southern California, AQHI, Inc. has established locations in Rancho Cucamonga, Lake Forest and Van Nuys.
